Tuscan Yellow Handmade Watercolour

One half pan of handmade watercolour, in the colour Tuscan Yellow.

Warm, rich, and spicy, this earthy yellow brings sun-warmed Italy right into your studio. With its hints of mustard and late summer fields, this easy-lifting pigment is an excellent addition to an earth tone palette. 

My favourite characteristic of this deep yellow is its granulation, which is nearly impossible to find in most yellows. It makes me long to paint warm, sandy sea shores and lovely textured stone pathways. 

Oh, and try it in mixes! It's very rich and easy to activate.
