These half pans are not quite perfectly shop-ready. There is nothing wrong with the paint in the pans, it is the same quality, the same paint that I usually make. But these pans may be short a top layer or have dried much flatter than I was expecting. You could consider them to be "seconds". 

Instead of making you wait until the next shop update so I can mull more paint and add more to these before they can be released, here they are, in their own funny little way, ready to go!

Rebecca doesn't skimp on paint. Period. Not even on the sales pans. The quality is the same as the paints that aren't on sale. So good. Very satisfied.

I've purchased from the sale pans twice and both times I've been very happy with the product I have received. There is still so much paint, the pigments are vibrant and beautiful and it's really awesome that this is even an option! Thank you!
