Gold Coin Handmade Watercolour

One half pan of handmade mica watercolour, Gold Coin.

This mica-based paint is the colour of old gold coins and can be applied fully opaque or as a transparent wash. I prefer to liquify it and use it in an opaque layer, almost like gold foil. It is a go to in my bullet journal and adds that something special to greeting cards.

Try mixing it with other watercolours to give them some shimmer.

This is a single-pigment, mica watercolour.
