Sugar Maple Handmade Watercolour, Warm Transparent Yellow

One half pan of handmade watercolour, Sugar Maple.

A warm, transparent yellow that is a definite customer favourite.

When I first mulled this pigment, I was struck with how much it reminded me of the golden colour of the sugar maple leaves here in Nova Scotia in the autumn. We once lived on a road lined with these fabulous trees, and in October, the road positively glowed with just this colour. (See pic) I hope you enjoy it. I certainly do!

It’s quite difficult to find a good, transparent yellow. This one is my favourite!

This is a single-pigment colour, so it will keep your mixes clean and vibrant!
