Raw Sienna Handmade Watercolour

I remember not liking brown as a child. And I can’t say that browns and earth tones were the first things I thought of when contemplating watercolours. However. This paint is really lovely.

This Raw Sienna is super saturated and creamy, easy to activate and it plays well with others :) I absolutely love it. It is more transparent than a yellow ochre, and extremely versatile. Earth tones are indispensable for painting flora, fauna or landscapes. I find myself using this colour far more than I ever thought I would. I wouldn't have a palette without it. Several customers use this as their basic yellow, wonderful for sunsets and fields ready to harvest.

This is a single-pigment colour, so it will keep your mixes clean and vibrant.
