A beloved favourite for many watercolour lovers, we've finally added Cobalt Blue to our collection! Wonderful for lifting, this non-staining, super easy to activate, lush blue will carry you through lots of blue skies and sunny ocean views. It bleeds out to a beautiful soft cottony cloud blue when used wet-in-wet and makes very pretty violet and lilac mixes.
